Dogs: Dogs up to 75 lbs; max 2 pets per home. 1% pet rent may be charged per dog, and total pet rent for all pets may not exceed 2% of monthly rent. The following dog breeds (or any mix thereof) are not permitted, except in the case of service animals with proper documentation: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Mastiff, Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Saint Bernard, and Wolf Hybrid.

Cats: Cats allowed; max 2 pets per home. 1% pet rent may be charged for all other common household pets and total pet rent may not cumulatively exceed 2% of monthly rent. No additional cat-specific breed restrictions apply.
