Be the first to stay in this brand new spacious private room in the Long Valley community here in Washington Utah. This home is kept very nice and is owner occupied. No animals allowed in the home. It is furnished in the common areas but no furniture provided in the bedrooms No smoking in the house Be respectful Small monthly cleaning fee is worked into the monthly rent to keep common areas clean. Parking is a little tight but manageable since there is no parking allowed on the street in front of the home. HOUSEMATE DETAILS: 2 males, ages 24 and 22 The home is kept clean, friend are over on the weekends but everyone is responsible. We are gone most of the day for work, we are both into cars. Looking for two roommates: male or female.
