There is a large shared back yard and the apartment is right across the street from the Wisconsin River running path and just a short walk from Subway, Biggby Coffee, and Kreuger's Bakery. Cats and dogs are considered (No Aggressive breeds). For pets the rent is an additional $40/month/pet and there is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $200 and an additional $200 added to the security deposit. No smoking. Available June 1st. Please complete that form. Do not complete a paid application until you have communicated with our office. Here is a link to a free application and from that we can complete most of the application process for free (Statewide background check, Income verification, & reference check): Once those are approved we will have you complete the paid portion (credit check and nationwide background check). By doing the free application first it will save you the application fee if you do not pass one of the free checks or if we have an approved application already.
