The floorplans include a spacious living room with either a gas or wood fireplace, first floor half bathroom, kitchen with a peninsula that has barstool seating and overlooks the dining area with pantry storage. The kitchen also has sliding glass doors that walk-out onto the fenced in patio area. The second floor has a large master bedroom with walk-in closet and master bathroom with shower, a large second bedroom with a huge wall-to-wall closet, and a second full bathroom with a tub/shower unit. The basement includes a rec room and an unfinished laundry room with additional storage as well as a laundry chute from the bathrooms above. Outside of the townhomes there is plenty of green space and minimal traffic once you are off of Campus Drive.
