Walk into your open concept kitchen and living room and get excited! The modern kitchen has been completed with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and garbage disposal. There is updated lighting throughout plus soft close cabinets and drawers. You will love the look of the quartz counter tops complimented by the tile floor. The living room features refinished hardwood floors that really catch the light from the large new windows and the high hat lighting. Premium blinds are included. A private deck in front of the building for this apartment is great for entertaining and outdoor furniture! The bathroom has a tub surround and cherry wood vanity. The washer and dryer are tucked away in a closet across from the bathroom. In the bedroom, cozy carpets are installed and closet organizer. Another large window draws in the natural light. Wesley Apartments offer off-street parking for one car. Pets are welcome with additional fees. We do ask you have rental insurance, or purchase coverage through Apt Management monthly. This property is pet friendly and has partnered with Pet Screening for all of our pet screening services! All applicants will be required to create either a pet/animal profile or a no-pet profile using this third-party screening service. The Pet Screening service will verify your pet's FIDO score and monthly pet rent that corresponds for your new lease term. FOR CATS AND DOGS AND OTHER ACCEPTABLE PETS: a one-time three hundred dollar ($300.00) non-refundable fee will be required along with a variable monthly pet rent based on the Pet Screening FIDO Score. There are two pets allowed per apartment. Monthly pet fees based on Fido score are as follows: One Paw- $55 monthly pet rent Two Paw- $50 monthly pet rent Three Paw- $45 monthly pet rent Four Paw- $40 monthly pet rent Five Paw- $35 monthly pet rent Pet Screening link must be completed upon application and with each renewal. Current occupant requires at least 24 hour notice for business hour tours.
