This 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment includes all utilities in the monthly rent (water, sewer, trash, gas and electric.) Tenant is responsible for any internet/cable packages. The apartment is located on the ground floor, and has a private side entrance. While this unit does not have a washer/dryer in the apartment, it is located right next door to the private coin operated on-site laundry room. It neighbors a private wooded area and allows space to garden if desired. We offer 1 year leases. After a year's lease is fulfilled we provide a yearly and month to month option. We do not rent to smokers as our properties are 100% smoke free. We do not allow pets at this community.
