We've worked to preserve the building's original character while updating apartments with modern conveniences. This is a very desirable building with a sparkling pool, mid century lobby and controlled access intercom. Renovated units are extra large, and feature upgraded flooring, in-unit washer and dryer, updated appliances, working electric fireplaces, and thoughtful renovations designed for comfortable everyday living. All one bedroom units come with one parking space, and all two bedroom units come with two side by side parking spaces. We do not have any units available.
