This is a private room available in a shared house. The gray room is available for rent immediately for $650/mo with an additional $75/mo for shared utilities. FULLY FURNISHED BEDROOMS: Each bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, dresser/closet space for your personal belongings, mini-fridge for your items you do not want in the shared refrigerator. KITCHEN: Our kitchen is spacious with plenty of storage and cabinets, and nice marble countertops. Furnished with pot, pans, and kitchen essentials. There is a shared fridge and also, *There is a fridge in your room for any special drinks or specific dietary needs. BATHROOM SPACES: We have 4 shared, newly renovated full bathrooms throughout the house.
