Bishop Co-op is nationally recognized as A Community of Quality by the National Affordable Housing Management Association. The property was completed in 1971.
Bishop Co-op is undergoing major renovations designed to enhance comfort, accessibility, and overall resident well being. Upgrades include: redesigned community spaces focused on wellness and social connection; updated kitchens and bathrooms in every apartment; ten fully accessible units to better support residents with mobility needs; a new, modern climate-control system offering personalized comfort in each home; and significant mechanical system improvements throughout the building. These renovations will further elevate the quality of life that resident members enjoy.
To support a cleaner, healthier lifestyle, Bishop Co-op is completely smoke-free, including all apartments, common areas, and outdoor spaces within 25 feet of the building.
