Consumables are provided for the duration of your stay and will not be replenished. Guests are asked to remove shoes when inside the home. Smoking is prohibited, and any sign or smell of smoke will incur a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed. Events and vendors are prohibited. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. There may be hazards like glass, cacti, or construction debris in yards, and guests are advised to wear shoes and watch where they step. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
