Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance. Additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Tampering with security devices (e.g., cameras, doorbell, smoke detectors) is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Please do not move furniture during your stay. If furniture has been moved, a $50 furniture reset fee will be charged after checkout to cover the time required to return everything to its original placement. In the rare event of a local utility outage (Wi-Fi, power, water), the host is not responsible, and no compensation will be provided.
