Located on a large property with 2 other casitas and a main house. Each casita is nestled in among large trees and shrubs so there is plenty of privacy, and there is a designated parking space for each casita. This is a no smoking property. NO cats. Owner may consider a small dog, determined on case by case basis. $1200/month includes all utilities including internet. 12 month lease. Renters insurance is required.
