If you would like further details please feel free to reach out to me. 1 bed and 1 bath guest house located behind our 1937 Spanish Duplex. It is a separate structure with high ceilings. There is a private entrance. A dedicated parking spot and washer dryer in the unit. Parking is also easy to find on the street. The place is furnished with a queen bed and has a small kitchen with dishes and pots and pans, washer dryer in the unit, hair dryer, vaccum. (There are many photos.) Very private I am told quiet. Perfect Location if you are a medical student or intern, or getting certified in a hospital we are very close to Cedars or Kaiser and just a 20 minute drive to UCLA in Westwood. Also we are close to Fox Studios, Sony, and Paramount in Culver City. if you are in the entertainment business. Our duplex is located in a designated historical neighborhood called South Carthay. This is a neighborhood where people walk their dogs and stroll at various times of the day. It is very charming. Centrally located and close to Beverly Hills, Downtown, Sunset Strip, Hollywood Hills. Santa Monica is just a few miles away. World class shopping and cafes are close too 3 or 4 grocery stores and drug store in walking distance. ( We do NOT accept dogs in this unit ). We are a furnished short term rent solution. We rent by the week, or for longer stays up to 4 or 5 months. We require a cleaning fee of $150.00 and we charge for 1 additional cleaning of stays over 2 months. NO smoking on the premises or inside the unit.
