Parking: Is available in the garage or in the adjacent parking lot.
Pets: Well-behaved cats (indoor only) and small dogs are allowed for a monthly fee. Please note that there are other pets on site and all pets must be friendly.
Smoking is prohibited in cottages and in the yard for the comfort of all tenants.
Noise ordinance after 9 pm.
Tenant pays the first month's rent and one month's security. Renter's insurance is required. Tenant must purchase screening at application which includes: criminal, employment record, past landlord references, credit, and eviction checks.
