The bottom floor has two mini sleeper bedrooms and a half bathroom. The middle floor has a living room, fireplace, kitchen, primary bedroom with walk in closet and en suite bathroom with a shower. The top floor has a desk, second living room, full bathroom with shower, and covered outdoor patio with table chairs and a fire table. The rooftop deck has built in bar top and stools, a propane run hot tub, grill, and views of the entire lake. The home has AC and is pet friendly, and access to the boat is on a private dock with private pin pad entry. Houseboats are different than houses so a renter should be prepared to learn the differences and prioritize being a good steward of the lake and the environment. The neighbors of the dock is a boat marina (no one lives there) to the south, and the college club to the north which is a rowing club that hosts weddings and concerts on occasion in the summer. Available 4/25/2026! Tenant is responsible for rent and utilities including sewage pump out which charges by the gallon of waste. Deposit is one months rent fully refundable 12 month lease or longer.
