This beautifully refreshed beach haven is perfectly located between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, offering a memorable coastal getaway for up to 11 guests.
The first floor features a bright open-concept living area, a well-equipped kitchen with seating for six at the island, and a dining table for eight. Upstairs, unwind in a king bedroom with an en-suite bath, an additional queen bedroom, and a full bathroom. The top floor offers a twin bunk room, a twin-over-full bunk room, a queen bedroom, a full bath, and a large observation deck, ideal for sunset cocktails or morning coffee.
Four rental bikes are included for easy exploring from March to October, and additional bikes can be rented at the nearby Peddlers Pavilion. Wristbands are required for all guests age 8 and over to access the pool, tram service, or beach access, and will be provided upon check-in. Parking passes are required at all times and will be provided upon check-in. Complimentary tram service runs March through October.

A third-party concierge service handles rental agreements and damage waivers, with the option to choose between a small damage waiver or a hold on your credit card for damages. Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. Failure to provide the required information prior to check-in may result in reservation cancellation without refund.
