Recently remodelled apartment on the 1st floor, which is part of a small apartment complex. The apartment includes new appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, a gas stove and front-load washer and dryer), laminated flooring throughout the entire apartment, brand new bathrooms and showers, brand new 50,000 BTU Natural gas wall furnace, AC unit and fan ceilings in all the rooms. Each room has at least one large window for natural lighting. The apartment also includes three closets as well as two cabinets with glass doors for storage. The landlord pays for the water bill of the complex; natural gas bill to be contracted by the tenant from Texas Natural Gas. Electricity will be charged to the tenant stating at a rate of $100 dlls/mo. This only for a maximum of two people in the apartment. Stay at home, home office or more than 2 people will need to pay the difference on electricity on a monthly basis. Easy walking to downtown El Paso, public transit and very close to the main freeway in town, I-10. Parking is along the street, safe area to park vehicles. Owner pays for water, for a maximum of 2 tenants. Tenant pays for gas and the electric bill. No smoking allowed inside or near the apartment.
