This furnished home is currently a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with a loft with an optional 4th bedroom if needed. It is ideal for families who may need to temporarily relocate for several months. All of the essentials are included in the kitchen and bathrooms. The home is richly appointed with modern, stylish decor with a SoCal theme. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and walk-in closet. It features an ensuite bathroom with his and hers sinks as well as a garden tub and a glass-enclosed tile shower. The two guest rooms share the second bathroom on the second level. Both bedrooms are a surfer theme. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other has a trundle bed that can either be two twin sized beds or come together to become a king sized bed. The bathroom has dual sinks and a separate room for the shower and the toilet. The lease of this home includes access to the community area, which includes a pool, firepit, and picnic area. Parking includes 2 spots inside the attached garage. ** 12 months or 31-night minimum. For military guests, access to Camp Pendleton is less than 8 minutes from the house. **Price is subject to change depending on the season. Lease terms can be negotiated. All tenants must comply with HOA CCR's. HOA CC&Rs will be provided to each tenant. Please message the landlord for applications and tours. -Use of the garage-mounted EV charger requires an additional fee - 12 month lease but open to monthly terms. For any leases between 1-2 months the owner will keep the utilities under their name, but all utilities are the tenants responsibility. Any leases beyond two months the tenant will take on ownership of the utilities. -No smoking in the home -Parking is only permitted in the garage; Additional spots may be rented from a third party provider at the tenant's expense. -Pet fees will be applied per pet. -Leases may be between 1 to 12 months -We work with insurance or housing relocation companies to help families relocate temporarily. -Price is based on a one-year lease.
