You will establish you own accounts with Georgia Power and Savannah Water. You will be required to get renters insurance. Income Qualification: x3 times the monthly rent. Fees: $75.00 application fee required for each person over 18 that will be living in the home. Additional fees will be required once application is approved. An administrative fee of $150.00 and a reservation fee of either $250 or $500 based on credit and background screening and the reservation fee will be refundable at the end of your lease term depending on homes condition.
