Very cute 1BR studio apartment in downtown area, right in the heart of Johnson city. It is Just minutes away from ETSU, Kroger, earth fare and other stores. Walking distance to different restaurants/bars. There is a night club on the first floor. So it can be very loud night time, especially on weekends. No smoking allowed inside the apartment or inside the building. Owner pay water bill. Renter is resposible for electric bill. Renter will pay security deposit of 825/- and last month rent when the lease is signed. 1 small dog under 20lbs(not 40lbs as listed under pets section) is allowed. Lease is minimum for 1 year. We (yellow door apts), do not have any set up for online payments. So, if anyone ask you to pay online rent or deposit, please do not pay anyone online your security deposit or rent for yellow door apts.
