I'm looking for a new roommate to take over my current roommates bedroom in our upstairs, 2 bed 1.5 bath apartment in Redondo Beach. The bedroom is moderately sized with a large window that provides tons of natural, afternoon sunlight. The window is westward facing so it also gets a great evening ocean breeze! The closet is nearly wall to wall and has mirrored sliding doors. This will be an Unfurnished bedroom. This is 1.5 bath so the main bathroom will only be shared with me for showering purposes but will otherwise be yours. All common areas are fully furnished. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware and dinnerware. The apartment is managed by a Property Management company and they will require new tenant to complete an application, background check, and income verification. New tenant must sign a 1-year lease and provide $1300 security deposit. This will be available for move in by 08-01-26. There is no smoking in the apartment and no pets please.
