All together, there are 4 apartments in our carriage house. There are no adjoining walls to any of the apartments hence the light-filled rooms. The property includes manicured gardens and a private waterfront that leads into a large nature preserve with hiking trails. The landlords are artists and have lived in the main house next door for over 40 years. Several outdoor sculptures, are situated around the property. The landlords and neighboring tenants are private, quiet, and respectful of others. Tenant is responsible for heat (natural gas) and electric, and WiFi.
