The unit is built into the apse of the church (the area that contained the altar). The bedroom features a vaulted ceiling that is original to the church's structure, and the original window shapes are preserved throughout the unit. The entire apartment has been recently renovated, with care taken to select fixtures that highlight the building's historic charm. The first floor features an entryway, large kitchen, dining room, and kitchen with a large refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher. The bedroom, large closet, and bathroom are on the second floor. The entire property, including indoor and outdoor spaces, courtyard, and parking lot, is strictly non-smoking. Laundry is coin-op and is in the building located across the courtyard. This rental includes one parking lot space per adult tenant, and the landlord provides snow plowing for the lot. The sidewalk from the parking lot to the building is heated, and the tenant is responsible for shoveling the stairway up to the apartment. Secure, indoor bicycle parking is provided in a separate structure on the property. Cats/dogs accepted - pet rent is $75/pet/month and security deposit is 1.5 months' rent instead of 1 month's rent.
