The building is well located near everything - Carilion Clinic and the VT/Carilion Medical School, downtown, the Roanoke Greenway system, Interstate 581 (not too close), and Towers Mall. There is off-street parking in the rear of the building.
Landlord pays for water, hot water, sewer, trash, and heating. The only expense a tenant has is electricity and cable/internet. This is a non-smoking building, and only adult cats are allowed.
PLEASE READ THE RENTAL QUALIFICATIONS BEFORE REQUESTING A TOUR. Qualified tenants will have a credit score of 700 or better, and income that is 3 times the rent, a positive rental history with no evictions, and no felonies. The security deposit is two month's rent.
Minimum one-year lease. This is a non-smoking building. If you plan to smoke, vape, burn incense or do anything other than breath in the apartment, please do not contact us. The heating system is a gas fired steam boiler and the landlord pays for the heating. There are also two gas hot water heaters in the building that are paid for by the landlord. Renter's insurance is not required but is highly recommended.
