There is a double futon in the living room along with a reclining loveseat, two glider chairs, a lighted stand, and a coffee table. There are two chaise lounges, a table for working, and a table with six chairs for dining in the dining area. High-speed wireless Internet is currently available as an additional benefit. Driveway snow plowing and lawn care are included. A coin-operated laundry is available on-site. It is located in downtown Phillips, so you will be in walking distance to all the shops and the grocery store is a block and a half away. This rental can accommodate 1 to 6 people as a vacation rental or 1 or 2 people as a residential apartment. Pricing varies based on number of occupants and length of stay. Some pets are welcome. We pay the utilities (heat, water, sewer, and electric). Heat, water, sewer, and electric are included in the rent amount listed. We also take care of the lawn care and snow removal in the driveway.
