Newly Upgraded, new free WiFi, new tvs, new stereo, new fridge, appliances, furniture, new beachy decor, new beds, new washer / dryer, new decor, full large kitchen, Cabana beside pool! Fenced in back yard & outdoor grill. You accept our private home As Is furnished. House is a duplex (each side is 2-story, 4BR/4.5BA, private pool on each side). Our side is the east side closest to ocean.
