Rent and deposits will be payed at signing of rental agreement. Included in the rent is a required bi-montly cleaning, by a cleaning service, arranged by the owner and coordinated with the tenant. An additional $500 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit at the expiration of the lease.
Parking is in the driveway and not allowed along the road. The garage is not available.
There is a totally separate lock off apartment on the ground level that is occupied by The owner/caretaker.
Dogs are required to be well behaved, no excessive barking, house trained and to remain off the furniture. Tenant will clean up after their pet.
Smoking of any kind is not allowed on any part of the property, including outdoors.
