This is located in a very quiet Boulevard Heights neighborhood and is at the end of a cul-de-sac. The back yard, with a stone patio in it, is very private. The electric and gas are included in the rent. You will be responsible for 1/2 of the water bill and you will be responsible for providing your own internet.
