This property is an accessory dwelling unit completely separate from the main house, no shared walls. I built it for myself to downsize into when the time comes. Owner pays for water internet and trash pickup. Tenant pays for electricity. I'd prefer 9 month lease but will consider a year. There is a gardner but tenant should monitor plant condition and report issues.
