Two car parking spaces, with a corner condo in the second floor close to the first pool and a few feet away from the second pool situated prior to entrance to the private beach. Fitness Center and tennis and basketball courts. Villas del Mar is a gated community with security personnel available 24/7. A supermarket is available within walking distance. I just finished a three-month rental to two awesome brothers from San Francisco doing business and having some fun in our beautiful paradise. I feel I will continue renting for months at a time, meaning no short-term rentals, but will listen to customer specific needs. No offense, but I am not desperate to rent and will only rent my property to people with a high degree of care and respect for the local residents. Background and credit checks required. The landlord reserves the right to rent to anyone not considered capable of fullfilling monthly rental obligations.
