Coined shared washer/dryer in the building. One Small (40 lbs or less) quiet dog allowed with additional $400 non refundable security deposit and an additional $40/month. No other pets allowed such as cats, fish, birds, snakes, reptile, etc. Owner pays water, sewer, trash, and heat. Tenant pays for their electric and cable/internet if desired. Tenant responsible for the snow removal at their set of exterior steps. Security deposit would be due at lease signing including any pet deposit and first month's rent due prior to move in. Credit and background checks will be required during application process at $30/adult. If applicant ends up signing a lease they would be reimbursed the $30/adult.
