The apartment has a large L-shaped living room and kitchen with all appliances, including upgraded stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is an on-site, very reasonably priced laundromat for tenants' convenience. Off-street parking is provided in our secure, video monitored parking lot. Our community is quiet and safe, plus very conveniently located. There are wide stairwells and hallways, easy for moving furniture in. The halls are made of a beautiful hardwood. By the way, there is a beautiful public kayak and boat launch nearby, but we are NOT in the flood plain. Many tenants are long-term because they love it here! We are not owned by a large, impersonal company, but the building is family owned and managed. We care about our residents and maintain the apartments well. The rent is $1,295/month, and there is a $60/month fee for water, sewer, and trash removal. Tenant pays electricity. A lease, security deposit, and renter's insurance are required. Application fee is $40 and covers credit and background check. No smoking is allowed.
