Laundry is off-site at Soap and Bubble, approximately two blocks away. Street parking only, with additional street parking generally available on Pine Street and Thomas Street. Heat is provided primarily by a natural gas monitor heater. Each bedroom also has an electric heater for supplemental heat when needed. Rent is $1,800 per month. Lease term is 18 months or longer, with the initial lease extending at least through spring 2028. First month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit are required prior to move-in. No smoking. No pets, although one cat may be considered. In order to move in, you need to call or text me to set up a showing first. All parties who are moving in must attend this showing. Then there will be a paper application, followed by me sending you a link to a rental screen company to verify you are who you say you are, you will pay the company its fee. I don't upcharge anything or take any fee's, you pay direct to company. Once all your references are verified by me and your screening process is good, life is good.
