This studio is in a 24 hr locked /secure building, located above a Barbershop & offers a private bathroom and full-service kitchenette, complete with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, coffee maker and other small appliances for your convenience. The sleeping area is complete with a queen-sized bed and is complimented by access to a small private balcony that overlooks the parking area. Off street parking for one vehicle is provided with the unit. No smoking allowed in this property. You must be able to pass a background check. The fees are as follows: $45 Background check upon application, ($20 will be refunded on your first month's rent if accepted.) $1300 Security deposit due upon signed lease agreement, $1300 due upon occupancy, (minus $20) for the first month's rent.
