Upstairs, you'll find a second large living room with a sleeper sofa and two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom, along with more porch seating.
A luxe gas-powered golf cart is available for rent, with a 4-seater for $65/day and a 6-seater for $75/day, offering approximately 140 miles of cruising on a single tank (gas included). This makes accessing the public beach easier and more fun. Uber services are readily available.
Conveniently located just a quarter-mile from downtown Surfside Beach and 1.5 miles from the pier, this property is situated on a golf cart-legal road. Downtown offers delicious eateries and nightlife, while the pier area provides additional dining, ice cream shops, retail, and public beach access with golf cart parking. Grocery stores, including Piggly Wiggly, are within a 10-minute drive and reachable by golf cart. The villa is also a 15-minute drive from Myrtle Beach International Airport.
Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy for this property is 8 people, including infants and children. House rules include running dishes through the dishwasher, piling towels in bathrooms, leaving bed sheets on beds, discarding all food from the refrigerator and cabinets, disposing of all trash in outside receptacles, turning off all lights and appliances, setting the A/C to 74 degrees, and closing and locking all doors and windows. The pool is open from 9 AM to 11 PM, with no glass or pets allowed in the pool enclosure, and children under 12 require a parent or guardian. Do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies. No portable grills are permitted on balconies. All garbage should be secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters. No flammable fluids or hazardous materials are permitted in units. Common areas should not be obstructed with bikes, floats, or chairs. Each unit is allowed 1 parking space, marked with the unit number; additional cars should park in unmarked spaces. No boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles may park in community lots without prior approval. Noise should be kept at a reasonable sound level.
For your stay, linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and dishwasher and laundry pods. Bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. Please bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.
