If there are co-Applicants, the requirement is not $9,450 per co-applicant; rather, the co-applicants' incomes will be combined to determine whether the $9,450 threshold is met.
- Excellent tenant history, as evidenced by, for example, positive references from recent landlord(s)
- Never been sued by a landlord
- No prior, or underway, evictions
- Will agree to refrain from smoking inside the condo
- Will agree to obtain renter's insurance
- Prior to move-in, payment of $9,445 (first month's rent, last month's rent, and $3,145 security deposit)
