Utilities are as follows, water, sewer, trash, gas, electricity and storm. Utilities are estimated from $160-$200 each month. We have a $35 monthly pet fee. We also do not require a pet deposit. We do offer wifi for $35 a month. We also have a $65 application fee per applicant (18 and over).
