And hear the church bells ring every hour during the day - ideal for rest, creativity, and connection. Close to Dillard (10 min) & Clayton, GA (20 min), Highlands, (25 min) & Cashiers, NC (40 min). The main floor features an open living/dining/kitchen area with wood-burning fireplace, full bath, and functional kitchen equipped with french door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, and full electric stove and oven. Coffee station included. Downstairs includes a king bedroom and a two-twin bedroom sharing a remodeled full bath with tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms have sliding glass door access to the patio and outdoor mountain setting, along with a dedicated workspace area. Upstairs loft includes another full bath plus a flexible daybed/futon space that can serve as an additional sleeping area, workspace, yoga room, reading nook, or game room. Enjoy the back deck with peaceful mountain views and frequent wildlife sightings. Please note the home has steeper and narrower stairs than typical townhomes and no bedroom on the main floor, which may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns. This space is all yours - the owner lives 5 minutes away. Enter on the main floor with Living Room/Dining Room with soaring chalet ceilings, updated full kitchen, full bathroom, beautiful large fireplace, and a back deck with amazing long views of the mountains. Go downstairs to your private bedroom with a king bed. Another bedroom is also downstairs with 2 single beds. The two bedrooms share an updated full bath. Both bedrooms exit to the outside lower patio. From the main level, head upstairs to the magical "treetops" loft for meditation, yoga, contemplation, game night, have a movie night, or simply to enjoy the treetops view. The third floor also has a double futon bed, closet pole for clothing, and a full bath. There is an optional provision for guests to use the Sky Valley pool (seasonal, outdoor), as well as the year-round sauna, gym, and hot tub. You are welcome to use the tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts and golfing (fees apply for golf). This is a quiet get-away in the mountains, great for hiking, photography, meditation, retreat, healing, reading, watching DVDs and internet shows, and snuggling by the fire. Golf play is available to the public. Tee times are available from 7:30AM - 6:00PM weather permitting. Frost delays on some mornings, so calling ahead is advisable in winter. In season, enjoy the 19th Hole Clubhouse Bar or Patio for Drinks or Lunch. Turn Cafe is open daily - times and prices are subject to change. Fully furnished turnkey townhouse chalet, all yard maintenance included. Tenant reimburses owner for electric utility usage and water/garbage charges (typically $67.50). Internet is currently available for reimbursement $(60) or tenant can provide their own. Verizon is the only cell carrier available and the signal is strong. Month-to-month or 6-months-at-a-time terms available. No smoking ever, no pets unless prior authorized, no loud parties or late music. This is a very quiet, peaceful, serene environment. No USPS mail delivery is available, PO boxes are available in Dillard.
