I'm SO excited to finally be bringing my nurses a lower cost room option in GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN AND not ONLY will you have your OWN private bathroom but in the primary bedroom option (that I'm posting now) it has an in-suite full bathroom in it and not only does it have a jacuzzi tub/shower but also a washer and dryer! AND we even put a kitchenette in the bedroom! (This is beyond the full kitchen you will have access to on the first floor) And if that's NOT enough for you the first floor also has a heated 4 season room and there is a garage I mean we have all the important amenities you need and we threw in a bunch of extras!! The house is packed full of amenities! BUT WAIT there is more! The yard has 2 plum trees/19 Grapevines/3 Blueberry bushes/and my favorite Raspberry bushes!! The home is only 1 mile from Bellin and St Vincent hospitals and 4.4 miles from Aurora Medical center. There are 2 rooms for rent on the first and 2nd floor of the home (I'm posting the 2nd floor primary suite first) and their is a private basement studio apartment! There are 3 washers and 3 dryers in the house so everyone will have their OWN washer and dryer to use!! (The bed will have a comforter on it I'm just waiting for it to arrive in) Each bedroom and entrance of the house has keypad Smart locks on them! So nobody but you will have access to your room! (when your there and while your gone) The 2 rooms with a garage space are $950 for Unit 2 and $995 for unit 3 eper month all utilities and internet included. The private basement studio is $1,300 a month all utilities and internet included. Sorry due to the sharing of the house I'm unable to accept pets.
