The top floor has two more bedrooms, one is currently setup as an office with standing desk but that can be changed to a full size bed if desired. Another bathroom with tub is also on this level along with a balcony for morning coffee. You will receive a parking pass for one car on the street and there is a communal spot behind the house that is available on a first come first served basis for a second car. Available month to month, fully furnished rental. Owner pays all utilities and internet + cleaning.
