The neighborhood shares a private driveway with two neighbors, adding a touch of neighborly charm. Check-in time is 4pm or after. Guests are kindly asked to notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. Check-out time is 11am. Guests agree to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time. Early check-in is available for a $50 fee and late check-out for a $25 fee per extended hour, both requiring prior confirmation with the host. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed at this property. Events and vendors are prohibited. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
