This is a 1 year lease beginning August 1, 2026 and ending July 31, 2027. The full cost of the apartment is $1950. Rent is paid separately to the management company.
Utilities and WiFi are set up in current tenants name. New tenant will be asked to split the cost by paying their portion directly to current tenant.
Leasing management company requires monthly income in excess of 3x their monthly rental payment and good credit report with no collections, late payments, or anything else of concern.
