Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Tile shower, flat screen tv and desk. You can walk or take the stairs to the first-floor deck with chairs to watch the sunrise/sunset. The pool has a section that is shaded in case you need a break from the sun but still want to enjoy the outdoors. This studio rental is all inclusive. Water, electricity, WIFI. Laundry room is located on the same floor as unit. Looking for a snowbird from November-end of February. Unit is for maximum 2 people. No smoking or vaping on property. Limit is one car per unit.
