The second floor boasts a game room with a kitchenette, a 65-inch Smart TV, a shuffleboard table, board games, and a Queen-size pull-out couch in the yoga studio. The third floor includes two King suites, a den with a Full-size pull-out couch, a Smart TV, a laundry room, and an office space. The main living area on the top floor features plush seating, a 55-inch Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and a dining table for 6, complemented by a fully stocked kitchen. The fourth floor has a bedroom with a Full/Twin bunk bed and trundle, and a full bathroom with a spa-like soaking tub. Enjoy the hot tub, outdoor dining table, and grill on the large patio. Kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, and beach chairs are available for your use. A pack 'n play is available for children. Downtown Rogers, filled with unique shops, restaurants, and bars, is a 10-minute drive away. Four-wheel drive is recommended but not required for the short dirt road leading to the home. County-wide burn bans may be in effect, which could limit use of the fire pit. Guests are not allowed dock access at Beaver Lake properties. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
