This unit is located on the second floor (having one flight of stairs), and towers high into the tree canopies to enjoy the serenity and wildlife from the large, private deck.
This unit boasts a wood-burning fireplace, new flooring throughout, granite countertops, updated fixtures, and all new kitchen appliances. Trash service is paid. This community is very low-key and tranquil. If you enjoy a quiet, peaceful setting, this may be the place for you.

Our POLICIES: NO pets (due to health issues, pets are unable to be accommodated in our units). NO Smoking or Vaping (not permitted except in designated outside area). Lease term would end April 30, 2027. A $1200 deposit is required. Income per month must be 3x the rental amount ($3600, or must prove sufficient funds are available in trust or retirement etc. to qualify). Please be sure to consider these policies before applying.
A $50 fee will be charged after application received to undergo review. This fee covers the costs for background checks.
