This rental is available for August 22-December 1, 2026. Comfortably furnished 2Bedrooms + Loft condo rental in Park City Utah. Panoramic mountain views and adjacent to the Park City Golf Course. The perfect summer location on the free city-wide bus system, walking distance to the grocery store, post office and other retail shops. Minimum 1 month lease. First months rent, security deposit and departure cleaning fee of $375 is due at the time of booking. This is a non-smoking/no pets rental. No smoking inside of the home our within 25 feet of the exterior of the home. Once renter is approved, renter will be required to sign a lease. Quiet times at the Three Kings complex is 10pm-7am. Renter has access to the community swimming pool/hot tub. This rental does not offer air conditioning. Parking: One designated parking space, plus an additional space available on a first-come, first-served basis (with parking pass). Rent fee includes utilities. $1000 security deposit plus first month's rent plus cleaning fee is due at time of booking. Damages and/or extensive housekeeping services upon departure will be deducted from the security deposit. No smoking, no pets. Background check will be conducted prior to arrival date.
