Tiene un sendero para caminar de 8 millas, alredor del lago, pequena playa, solo para los residentes de los Hammocks. Tiene una area de pisina muy bonito y un gimnasio, con seguridad. El apartamento esta en el primer piso, no tiene escaleras para entrar, y tiene un balcon cerrado con cortinas para el sol. Losas en todo el apartamento con ventiladores de techo. El aire condicionado y la nevera , lavadora de plato (stainless steel) y lavadora de ropa todas tienen solo 2 anos de uso. El bano tiene banadera y el inodoro de altura comoda. Landlord lives 15 mins away. Renter is responsible for FP&L ,internet & cable if needed. Only 1 dog or cat allowed up to 25lbs at full grown size, as per association rules, very strictly enforced. The association has a one time, non refundable Pet application fee$350. Please know that a 25 lb puppy that will grow to 40lbs will not be accepted. 1st & last month & $1,870 security,which is a total of $5,610 due at signing. One year lease, ready to move in. Applicant needs to be approved by the association and there is an application processing fee of $150 per person, unless it's a married couple, then only $150 per couple payable to the association.There is also a $100 administration fee payable to the association. Only 2 residents allowed, this is including children, therefore 2 adults, or 1 adult with a child. Only 2 vehicles permitted, one parking spot in front of apartment, the other is guest parking. Police report required and credit check. The approval process could take 20 days as per the association ,but usually takes 1-2 weeks. Washer and dryer in the unit, water is included.
