The condo's east facing balcony makes for enjoying a good cup of coffee in the morning sunshine during spring, summer and fall mornings and gets the warm morning sun through the glass doors into the living room. When you enter from the garage you have a small mudroom area with built in cubbies, hooks to hang your garb and a seating bench under which you can store your shoes and hiking/ski boots. The 1-car attached garage will keep you and your car and gear warm and dry; and ample racking gives you a lot of additional storage space.
