Application Process
Step 1: Initial Review Requires:

Optional personal or landlord references
$25 non-refundable application fee
Step 2: Building Approval (after landlord approval)
If selected, you'll complete the building's standard application, which includes:
Signed lease and building paperwork
Credit and criminal background screening
$495 application fee for up to two applicants ($150 for each additional applicant), payable directly to the property management company
A refundable move-in/move-out deposit may also be required by the building, depending on the lease terms.

One month's rent as a refundable security deposit
Refundable pet deposit: $500 (may increase to $1,000 for larger pets or multiple pets; subject to approval)
