Please be respectful of quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am, as this is a duplex and shares a main wall with the adjacent unit. Smoking, vaping, incense, candles, or any other type of smoke will result in a $300 remediation fee. Unauthorized pets of any type will result in a pet cleaning fee. Hair coloring or dying in the property is not allowed, and staining of fixtures and towels will result in an additional charge. No glitter, confetti, silly string, or other widely dispersed items are allowed and will result in an additional cleaning fee.
